Team Leader - Out of School Hours Care Program
Part-time (22.8 hrs) during term time - Full time (38 hrs) during school holidays

Opportunity to lead the team and work hands-on in a fantastic After School and Vacation Care program for our school aged clients.


As the Team Leader OSHC, you will ensure the effective development, implementation and evaluation of appropriate care and education programs for our client group which meet the Education and Care Services National Regulations and in alignment with National Standards for Disability Services. Oversee the continual development of the OSHC program and work as part of the OSHC team in the delivery of programs design to encourage inclusion.


Supported by the rostered Certified Supervisors, you will work with a team of dedicated OSHC Educators who are passionate about providing an OSHC program that is fun, play-based, goal oriented and inclusive. Along with experience in the Education/OSHC sector and ideally with experience providing a person-centred disability support service, you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Degree in Education, Children’s Services or other relevant qualification that complies with ACECQA requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate effectively, build rapport and engage with teenagers in recreational and skill development activities
  • Experience in the development of programs and activities in line with the National Quality Framework
  • Knowledge and experience providing a service to clients with a range of support needs based around individual needs, goals and program outcomes
